The chart shows average life expectancy in four countries in
South-East Asia in 2008. It is obviously apparent that in all countries the
average life predicted was about 60 to 80 years old.
Looking at the details, the figure for male life expectancy in Singapore was expected
to be the highest off to at 79 years old, this was followed by Malaysia (71), Burma
(61) and Cambodia (60). However, the figures for male life expectancy in Cambodia and Burma were
almost identical of 60-61 years old. While in contrary,
there was a huge gap between the first to the second of about 8 years
different, and the second to third of about 11 years different. Likewise, the female life expectancy in Singapore was
the highest at 85 years, followed by Malaysia, Burma and Cambodia at 76, 66 and
64 years respectively.
All in all, we can conclude that, the citizens of Burma and
Cambodia were expected to live until till their 60s, while that of Singapore and Malaysia until were expected to live till their 70s.
